When a tax document is available online, you’ll receive a notification in your online account. If you’ve turned on alerts, you’ll also receive an email to the address(es) we have on file.
Online tax documents will be available online by the last week of January. If you’ve chosen paperless documents, you won’t receive a paper copy in the mail.
Mailed tax documents will be sent by January 31. You can also view and download them through your online banking account, which can be accessed by following the instructions below.

Select Statements & docs from the main menu then choose Paperless preferences. You can go paperless for all accounts and all document types, or you can select specific document types (such as tax documents) and specific accounts for e-delivery.

Go back under Profile & settings in the main menu, choose Edit alerts & notifications and make sure your mortgage account is selected. Under the Tax document is available notification, ensure the correct email is selected.

Open the main menu (three horizontal bars) and choose the gear icon (found in the top right of the open window). Select Personal details, then edit or add another email. Go back under the gear icon, choose Alerts & notifications and then Account activity. Make sure your mortgage account is selected. Under the Tax document is available notification, ensure the correct email is selected.
