Can I file a dispute or fraud claim on a pending transaction on my credit or debit card?

If there’s a pending transaction, you’re not familiar with, we’re here to help.

For a credit card transaction

You can initiate a claim from your digital banking by choosing the transaction in question and selecting Dispute this transaction. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process. For more help, see also: How do I dispute a transaction on my credit card?
