She is a member of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas, Southwest Little Rock Business & Community Group and Alpha Kappa Alpha. She enjoys volunteering time at P.A.R.K. (Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids) and Start to Finish Homeless Outreach.

With over 12 years of banking experience, Lizbeth is a seasoned Business Access Advisor at U.S. Bank. Her expertise lies in offering tailored financial management guidance, cultivating meaningful connections and streamlining access to capital for clients.

She laid the earlier foundation of her career as a Warren Weaver Fellow with the Rockefeller Foundation where she implemented a multi-million national community development initiative and advanced dialogues on race. She serves as treasurer for iUrban Teen, a STEM+Art education program that brings together underrepresented teens and young adults for career exploration and mentoring. She spends her free time volunteering, golfing and trekking the globe.

With 20 years in the banking industry, Will started his career as a mortgage banker. A member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) professional organization, he enjoys volunteering his time with 100BlackMen and under resourced youth.

Heli has over 16 years of service with U.S. Bank. He is a Cal Ploy Pomona Bronco Alumni, who has worked in various capacities within the bank such as Branch Manager, Performance Consultant and currently serves as a Business Access Advisor for the Inland SoCal Market. He is passionate about community involvement and supporting equitable access to capital for low- and moderate- income communities and communities of color.

Claudio Burgin is an AVP Branch Manager of U.S. Bank in Chula Vista, CA. With over 15 years of banking and financial services experience, he has excelled various roles through his career and currently provides support to the Southwest border branches. He is the current Co-Lead for the Nosotros SD Business resource group and is a board member for the San Diego Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Claudio received his Bachelor’s in International Business at U.A.B.C. University of Baja California and is also very involved in the binational community in San Diego.

Chio Scott is a bilingual Business specialist who currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the business market committee at Colorado Springs Hispanic Chambers.

Brandon started his career as a banker’s assistant and has spent 18 years in the banking industry, most recently as a U.S. Bank business banking development consultant. He is a member of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of Denver CASA and JK Mullen High School. He enjoys volunteering his time at Project Angel Heart and We Don’t Waste, which redistributes excess food to those in need.

A former advertising executive, Micae spent seven years as an entrepreneur helping small businesses grow and scale. Before starting the Business Access Advisor (BAA) role in April 2022, she worked with a national CDFI that helped small businesses gain access to capital. Micae is an entrepreneurship teacher with Chicago Lights and enjoys volunteering with her local Girl Scout troop.

A U.S. Bank employee for 10 years who previously served as a branch manager, Tim serves on the board for the Minneapolis Black Chamber of Commerce and One2One organization. He also sits on the loan committee for the African Development Center and on the Business Committee for the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.

Kimberly began her 20-year career in North Carolina, where she developed a foundation of knowledge in asset building for underserved communities. She later worked on workforce and business initiatives for the City of New York in the Small Business Services division. Kimberly served the City of New York and completed the City Management Academy for emerging leaders.

Norlynn Story is a seasoned banking professional with over two decades of experience. She embarked on her career as a teller and navigated through various roles within branch offices, demonstrating a continuous commitment to growth. Having served on a number of non-profit boards, Norlynn brings a multifaceted commitment to community development.

Mikki has been with U.S. Bank for 23 years, where she’s worked in various roles in the business banking spaces, including Business Banking Relationship Manager, Business Banking Sales Manager and Small Business Corporate Facilitator. In 2022, Mikki participated in the McKinsey Management Acceleration Program. She also served as CFO for a non-profit organization.

Tiffany has 16 years of banking experience at U.S. Bank. Starting as a banker in our First Hill office, she quickly learned the importance that banks play in the education of finances in our communities. Serving in multiple roles such as Performance Coach, District Operations Manager, and Goals Coach, Tiffany has always had one thing in mind – helping to educate and support the growth of others. She is currently the Geographic Lead of the Women of Seattle Business Resource Group and regularly attends events at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber and the GSBA.
