  1. Points are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Please refer to your Cardmember Agreement for additional information and also visit usbank.com/leveragecategories to see a full list of eligible merchant categories. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Effective April 14, 2025, you will earn two (2) points for every $1 in eligible net purchases in the top two categories of spend each month excluding gas station, electric vehicle charging station and grocery purchases made at wholesale clubs and discount stores/supercenters such as Target and Walmart. Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem points, and you will immediately lose all of your points if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). A purchase will not earn additional Points if the merchant's selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional Points earning. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional Points. Points will expire five years from the end of the calendar quarter in which they were earned.

  2. Cardmembers will earn an additional 4 points (for a total of 5 points) for every $1 in eligible net purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Travel Rewards Center using your U.S. Bank Leverage Card. Prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Travel Rewards Center are not classified as travel merchant category transactions and are not eligible to receive additional points for that category. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus points to appear on your credit card statement.

  3. One-time 75,000 bonus points will be awarded if you are approved for a new Leverage Business Rewards Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $7,500 or more are made to the Account Owner's card within 120 days from account opening. The Account Owner's card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Rewards are earned based on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus points to be credited to your account. Existing and previous Business Leverage accounts do not qualify for bonus points for a similar account type. One-time bonus points do not apply toward account upgrades. Points expire five years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned. Use of the Leverage Business Rewards card is subject to terms and conditions of the Leverage Business Rewards Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer. Subject to credit approval.

  4. From time to time we may offer you the benefit of our U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans, which allow you to pay off balances in fixed monthly payments over time and still avoid paying interest charges on new Purchases. Only your company’s Authorized Officer (AO) may enroll in an ExtendPay Plan. All references to “you” and “your” apply to the AO. If your company’s card program is set up with central billing, the AO may select ExtendPay eligible Purchases when viewing the central billing account (which includes Purchases made on employee cards). If your company is set up with individual billing, the AO may only select Purchases made on their own card account. You may designate up to 50% of your credit card line ($100 minimum) in eligible credit card purchases and pay in monthly installments with just a small fixed monthly fee. Only Purchase balances are eligible for ExtendPay Plans. Transactions identified as Advances or Balance Transfers (as defined in your Cardmember Agreement), and any interest or fees, including Annual Fee, do not apply. The only Purchases that will appear as "Eligible Purchases" in the enrollment process are Purchases that were made within 60 days prior to signing up for an ExtendPay Plan, are over $100, and are less than your Purchase balance when you sign up for an ExtendPay Plan. Any unpaid balance remaining on an ExtendPay Plan after the chosen pay-back period will be subject to the APR and minimum payment calculation for purchases outlined in the Cardmember Agreement. The monthly fixed fee will be determined when your ExtendPay Plan is created and is provided to you before you complete setting up an ExtendPay Plan. This fee will remain the same until the ExtendPay Plan is paid in full. The monthly fixed fee of the ExtendPay Plan is based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors.
