Reward redemption changes
You’ll get the most value when you redeem points as a deposit to an eligible U.S. Bank account or as a cash donation to charity, at $0.01 per point—where 10,000 points are equal to $100.

When redeeming points for a statement credit, travel, gift cards, merchandise, Real-Time Rewards and U.S. Bank Rewards Card, the point values and redemption minimums may vary over time, and will be disclosed upon redemption.1

  1. Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Upon approval, please refer to the materials received with your new card and the Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging in to usbank.com for additional information. Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. A purchase will not earn additional Points if the merchant's selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional Points earning. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional Points. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Card Cardmembers will earn two (2) "Points" for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. In addition, as further explained below, you will earn additional Points for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional Points (6 points total) for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the Rewards Travel Center using your rewards credit card instead of Points. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn one half (0.5) additional point (2.5 total points) on your first $5,000 in combined eligible Net Purchases made using a mobile wallet. During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $5,000 combined in purchases using a mobile wallet, you will earn 2 Points for each $1 spent, with no maximum. "Mobile wallet" means Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet, and Garmin Pay™. Unlike Google Wallet, Google Pay may not qualify as a mobile wallet and earn additional cash back, depending on how the transaction is completed. We cannot control how mobile wallet transactions are designated and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional cash back. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Effective April 14, 2025, any new Points will expire if there is no reward, purchase, or balance activity on your account for 12 consecutive statement cycles. Points earned prior to April 14, 2025 will not be affected.
