(SPEECH) When you sign up for autopay, you'll have the convenience of making your payment on time every time without having to lift a finger. (DESCRIPTION) "Autopay" appears above the man and a red bell rings next to it. A checkmark appears next to "Autopay." (SPEECH) To get started, log in to U.S. Bank mobile or online banking. (DESCRIPTION) A search bar appears above the man at the desk. "www.u s bank.com" types into the search bar. The US Bank app appears in the man's phone's app grid. (SPEECH) If you need an online profile, visit usbank.com/onlinebanking to sign up. (DESCRIPTION) The US Bank online banking website for Louis, which displays his Checking and Savings accounts. (SPEECH) Once you're logged in, please ensure that your loan account is current. If you have a past-due payment or a payment coming due in the next few days, you can make a one-time manual payment online, or call us at 1-800-872-2625 to make a fee-free payment by phone. Once that's processed, you can continue with autopay enrollment. (DESCRIPTION) The Transfer & pay option is selected from the menu bar across the top of the website. (SPEECH) In your online or mobile banking account, navigate to the Transfer & pay tab in the main menu, and select Pay bills. (DESCRIPTION) The Pay bills option is circled in the dropdown menu. The Your bills webpage opens. The left displays the user's bills and the right displays the top loan with all of its relevant information. (SPEECH) Then select the applicable loan, and choose Autopay Set up now from the options on the right side of the screen. (DESCRIPTION) Autopay underneath Payment Settings is circled under the loan details. (SPEECH) The autopay details page will prepopulate the amount and due date fields. (DESCRIPTION) On the left side of the screen, in line with the selected loan, the loan Amount and Deliver by date are circled. (SPEECH) These fields align to the terms of your loan and cannot be adjusted. (DESCRIPTION) The Set up autopay webpage. The Pay from field at the bottom of the Loan information is circled. (SPEECH) You can then select your payment source from the dropdown menu, where any existing U.S. Bank checking or savings accounts will be listed. (DESCRIPTION) The dropdown menu opens and displays the two linked accounts as well as the option to link a new bank account. (SPEECH) If you'd like to pay from an external source, you can follow the prompts to add the account. (DESCRIPTION) Link a new bank account is circled. (SPEECH) Once the details are entered, select Start autopay, and you're all set. (DESCRIPTION) The Start autopay button is circled. A webpage opens that says "You're all set!" with the loan information listed beneath it. (SPEECH) You'll be taken to a confirmation screen, which will indicate when your autopay withdrawal will begin. (DESCRIPTION) A window above the loan information is circled. It says "There's a payment due for your September 22 bill before autopay begins. Pay now to avoid late fees." (SPEECH) Remember, if you have a payment due before the autopay start date, you still need to submit that payment manually. (DESCRIPTION) The Make a payment webpage. (SPEECH) Once your autopay withdrawals begin, you can check back any time to make sure all payments are processing as intended. Simply select your loan account from your dashboard, and view the completed transactions under your loan details. (DESCRIPTION) The Dashboard option on the menu bar is circled.
